Lotus Elan S4 DHC - A story that is still being written

This March, our Vehicle of the Month is a much loved Lotus Elan S4 DHC owned by Kim. It may surprise you, but unlike all the other vehicle stories we have the privilege of sharing with you... this one is still being written. 

Kim has used our Facts Discs to keep a live log of his restoration journey and will continue to upload his vehicle's updates; photos and thoughtful comments as and when they happen.

Kim's story is about the car that started his love affair with the Lotus marque. It piqued our interest and we wanted to share it with you as it showed one man's great love affair, a disastrous crash and a hard push to the back of the garage, followed by long 35 years before the car turned into the great restoration project. A break this long, only continued to fuel Kim's interest in the Lotus marque and allowed him to come up with his own personal wish list of improvements to his Lotus's appearance and performance.
